Reservation Changes to Hurricane Nicole
As we continue to react to the changing situation at the Orlando International Airport, Walt Disney World® Resorts, and the general Orlando area, we ask you review the information below to answer any quesitons.
Important Announcements
- Any trips after 4:00 PM EST (or last serviced time) on Wednesday, November 9th will automatically be refunded.
- Trips on Thursday, November 10th will be automatically canced and refunded.
- Please expect refunds within 3 to 5 business days.
Canceling & Rescheduling
If your trip included other future dates and you’d like to cancel or reschedule, please follow the steps below:

If you are unable to access your bookings or make the approriate changes, we recommend you only reach out to us via email at reservations@sunshineflyer.com.
Please anticipate longer communication times as our team prepares for the impact of the hurricane on their own safety or the safety of their families.
The best way to reach us – unless this is a same-day reservation – is by email. Phone calls and voicemails will not be as easily returned to do the large volume of reservations changes by fellow guests.
