


The day before you check out, you’ll receive a confirmation email advising you of the motorcoach departure time, which will be approximately 3-3.5 hours prior to your scheduled departure time for domestic flights and 4 hours prior to your scheduled departure time for international flights.

Yes, all Sunshine Flyer motorcoaches have 3-point harness seatbelts at each seat
We currently do not offer baggage handling service, but hope to do so sometime in the near future. Please check back to our website frequently for updates to our services.
Child safety seats can be secured with the 3-point harness seat belt at each seat.
Children can also sit on an adult's lap or occupy their own seat. Child safety seats may be stowed in the storage compartment underneath the motorcoach.
The Sunshine Flyer podium is located at Terminal B, Level 1, Ground Transportation. Take any elevator in Terminal B to Level 1 and hang right. Outside of every elevator bank you will notice a ground transportation sign pointing you to our location. We are located on the opposite end of the old Disney Magical Express location (currently Mears) next to the cruise lines. For your convenience, you can use the QR code in the confirmation email once you arrive at the airport.

When our guests enter the Sunshine Flyer staging area, the typical wait time to board the bus is within 30 minutes.

Check in with the Sunshine Flyer at our booth located inside Terminal B, Level 1, Ground Transportation. Take any elevator in Terminal B to Level 1 and hang right. We are using a dynamic routing software that customizes each day’s transfers based on specific riders. We can set the parameters to how long the ride is or how many stops the bus makes.

No charge if cancelled/changed more than 72 hours prior to first scheduled pick up. 100% future credit will be applied if cancelled/changed less than 72 hours prior to pick up time. During periods of an active sales promotion, cancellations will be applied as a future credit.
Yes, The Sunshine Flyer busses will have entertainment available throughout your trip.
