The day before you check out, you’ll receive a confirmation email advising you of the motorcoach departure time, which will be approximately 3-3.5 hours prior to your scheduled departure time for domestic flights and 4 hours prior to your scheduled departure time for international flights.

Child safety seats can be secured with the 3-point harness seat belt at each seat.
Children can also sit on an adult's lap or occupy their own seat. Child safety seats may be stowed in the storage compartment underneath the motorcoach.
The Sunshine Flyer podium is located at Terminal B, Level 1. Take the elevators at Terminal B to Level 1 and follow the signs on the poles along the interior walkway that will direct you to the end of the concourse to the right. Check in at the Sunshine Flyer podium located just outside at Ground Transportation by Bus Bays B3. For your convenience, you can use the QR code in the confirmation email once you arrive at the airport.

When the guest enters the Sunshine Flyer staging area the guest will not wait more than 20 minutes to board the bus. The ride to the resorts is scheduled so the last stop will not take more than 65 minutes

We are using a dynamic routing software that customizes each day’s transfers based on specific riders. We can set the parameters to how long the ride is or how many stops the bus makes. 65 minutes is the longest anyone will be on a bus once it leaves to the final destination.
No charge if cancelled/changed more than 72 hours prior to first scheduled pick up. 100% future credit will be applied if cancelled/changed less than 72 hours prior to pick up time.
