The Sunshine Flyer is now offering direct, private transportation that will bring you and your family directly from Orlando International Airport to most Walt Disney World® area resorts. You can expect the same exceptional customer service as the Sunshine Flyer airport shuttle, just more personalized to your schedule.
Ready when you are! Your Direct driver will meet you at baggage claim and take you to your Walt Disney World® area resort. The Sunshine Flyer experience starts shortly after you step off the plane with train-themed giveaways for kids including games, stickers, hats, and more.

- Booking details & flight info. Have your resort, airline, and flight times booked and accessible.
- Provide all passenger info. Share with us your passenger and baggage count, and any special accommodations for children.
- Select your vehicle. Based on your party size and personal preferences, choose between a Sedan, Van, SUV.
No charge if canceled/changed more than 72 hours prior to first scheduled pick up. No refund will be applied if canceled less than 72 hours prior to pick up time.

The Sunshine Flyer podium is located at Terminal B, Level 1. Take the elevators at Terminal B to Level 1 and follow the signs on the poles along the interior walkway that will direct you to the end of the concourse to the right. Check in at the Sunshine Flyer podium located just outside at Ground Transportation by Bus Bays B3. For your convenience, you can use the QR code in the confirmation email once you arrive at the airport.

The day before you check out, you’ll receive a confirmation email advising you of the motorcoach departure time, which will be approximately 3 hours prior to your scheduled departure time for domestic flights and 4 hours prior to your scheduled departure time for international flights.
