All commissions for Sunshine Flyer guests have automatically ported over to the Mears Connect Driven by Sunshine Portal. Your agency will be paid on all traveled bookings on a quarterly basis.

Here is what you can do within the portal: Edit reservation dates, times, locations, and flight details or cancel your upcoming reservations.

 

Unfortunately, you cannot edit passenger counts as we do not have your credit card stored within the new portal. If you would like to add or remove passengers, please either call us at (407) 423-5566 or cancel your trip and rebook.

How do I cancel my reservation?

If you wish to cancel your upcoming reservation that is more than 24 hours out, you can do so in the Portal (URL: https://sunshineflyer.com/manage-reservations/).

Where do I board Mears Connect?

Orlando International Airport:

Terminals A & B arrivals: Once you have retrieved your luggage from baggage claim, head to Terminal B, level 1, ground transportation level, (previously the Disney space). Follow signs for “MEARS Shuttles.”

 

Terminal C arrivals:

Once you have retrieved your luggage from baggage claim, head straight down to level 1, ground transportation. We are the desk on the right. You can’t miss us.

 

On your departure, you will board Mears Connect at your resort, just ask the front desk personnel where Mears Connect picks up at your hotel.

 

NOTE: Whether you reserved Standard or Express service, your departure vehicle type could be different than upon arrival.
